FAQs

  1. How do I register?

    • Step 1: Please create an account online by clicking here

    • Step 2: Once you have created an account online you may purchase a pack of classes to save money if buying for regular lessons (summer camp just book for the entire course and you are done.).

    • Step 3: Once you have paid online, please go ahead and book your desired classes. We recommend booking all of your classes immediately to ensure spots at your desired time/location. Most of our locations allow you to reschedule a class if you login and cancel at least 180 minutes prior to the start of class. Please check with us if your location allows cancellations. If so, you may always swap for a different day if spots remain.

    • *Please note, for booking summer camp, you do not purchase credits, you just pay for the entire camp and there is no make-ups or swapping of classes for summer camps. Cash payments will be accepted on a case by case basis if time permits but this will definitely slow down your ability to book a class and we do not guarantee we will accept cash on location.

  2. How long will it take my child to swim?

We get this question all the time in India! The truth is, we need to think about what we are trying to accomplish. A child will start talking around 1 by saying a few words, “mamma or papa” but this doesn’t mean we stop teaching them to speak, they will continue on all throughout elementary and high school studying their native language. The same goes for any subject, math, or even swimming. It is also important to keep in mind every child is different. Some children will have accomplished something if they finally enter the pool and not cry for a class, this accomplishment of over coming their fear is not to be viewed as a minor thing. Other children have no fear and can easily begin floating but will benefit from being in a fun class that also has directions they must listen and learn to follow to be safe and learn new skills. We are not a sports class but a child development class that incorporates, singing, music, colors, shapes, numbers, following orders, all while being in the pool and learning water safety and swim techniques. 4. Can babies really learn to swim?

Going back to the question, “how long will it take my child to learn to swim,” we have to remember our goal is not just swimming but an entire child development program. Having said that, we do see children as young as 4 months who can successfully move several feet under water unassisted.

We invite you to join a class with children who do not have special needs or if you feel more comfortable to setup a private class or with other children with special needs we may look into this option but there is no restriction in joining a mainstream class and we welcome you and your child and fully understand and appreciate the level they will advance in.
